   Ooh, I bought o­ne at Easter with all that talk of bread and wine. Enjoyed immensely the whole process of baking different loaves; learned patience as most of them took 2-3 hours to produce the loaf; learned more patience to wait until they cooled down; and learned even more patience as you had to wait until 3 in the morning for them to be cool enough to be put in a bag without sweating all over the place. Put o­n about a stone in a couple of months, went o­n the Atkins diet and haven't looked at it since. There's a sermon there I suspect.
