Cool. I gather that Rt Rev Derek wasn’t exactly pro-LGBT, but the fact that someone who ordained, supported (and married ;-)) conservative evangementalists is also part of the same wikipedia page as +Gene Robinson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gay_bishops ) seems to me weirdly suggestive of the whole ‘Focus of Unity’ thing.
Appropriate that one of the first gay accepting pontiffs was a Pope ‘Urban’ too! 🙂
