Over the past few weeks, I’ve not been terribly well. Bronchitis was the doctor’s diagnosis and it has gone on and on.
I thought it might be helpful to share the advice that I’ve been given in order to get better. After all, it could happen to you.

- sleep
- rest

- hot tea

- you must go to the doctor again
- stay off work
- just take another week being kind to yourself

I presume, as I am still sneezing and coughing that I’ve missed something. No doubt someone will helpfully give me some further advice.
You still haven’t got the congregation to fund your Swiss mountain retreat. That will cure all that ails you.

Sounds like allergies — are all the plants blooming in your area? I take zyrtec.
I live in the middle of a concrete jungle and love it. There has not been high pollen.
Oh yes, and someone has consistently recommended Ex-Lax.
Propolis
My mother (like yourself, a non-smoker) got it most winters, and it took months – she used to end up in physio being tilted up on a bed, head down, having her back thumped to dislodge the gunk. It is not a likeable disease. (Very few of them are)
(It is better than things which make you spend whole nights in the bathroom, though, as you can at least be ill in your own bed and your own living room.)
When I was young, I always used to drink Scotch.
I don’t know if it worked …but it seemed as though it did!
