Light

Rejoice, rejoice – the light is coming back. The shortest day is past. I hate the darkness at this time of year. I've never understood why Christmas misses the solstice by just a couple of days. It would make more sense to me if they were o­ne and the same. I find the idea of Christmas going o­n in the Southern Hemisphere in the middle of summer holidays to be very hard to comprehend. Easter in autumn is even worse.
