According to the BBC, Camel Milk could be the next big thing. It seems that it is saltier than "Traditional Milk". (Presumably this means milk that comes from cows rather than camels).
It seems to me that those in the Camel Milk industry and those in the Porrige Oats trade need to get together. They could be on to a winner.
