Choosing a Leader My recollection is that the Diocese of Armagh has double representation in the electoral college which chooses a new bishop for the diocese from which the Archbishop of Armagh has come. Which of course becomes interesting should the new archbishop come from a diocese which is different in culture, tradition, etc
