So far as I can tell, this is the official government advice on how to cope when faced with a fuel delivery strike that may never happen.

The long queues outside petrol/fuel stations down on the edge of the Rhubarb Triangle have to be seen to be believed. People filling up little cans as well. No doubt taking notice of the ‘excellent’ advice given by our ‘beloved’ government
