I might just feel a twinge of pride. Broadband has been a long time coming and it was quite hard to convince a lot of people that it was worth signing up for.
I felt another twinge of pride last night in having the Primates' Statement up on the Changing Attitude Scotland site before the BBC got it up, and before the Rowan Williams news conference. How the internet changes everything.
I feel fairly positive about the Primates' Statement. Of course, it is crazy that we are in this mess in the church, but last night's statement could have been a lot worse. The Church Times is saying that the Anglican Communion as we know it has only 2 more weeks left. (ie until Gene Robinson is consecrated). I guess that could have been said two weeks before Barbara Harris was consecrated.
