Preaching to the choir

I know that this is preaching to the choir, but don’t you find it strange when people learn how to use e-mail but not the web?

I’ve met three people in the last couple of weeks who told me that they used e-mail a lot, but had never learned to use the web. I cannot understand this. And they were not thick either. One was a bishop, another was a lecturer and the third was a linguist. (I know that this sentence sounds like the start of a rude joke – no comments please unless you can come up with a very funny punchline).

There is no point telling you about it though, is there? You are reading this yourself, so it is not your problem.
