Or perhaps “lack of health” bulletin. Life with a sick and rather sickly cat is challenging at the moment. Madam has two modes of operation – rather pathetic and grumpy as per usual. She has never been an entirely easy individual to cope with at the best of times. (Yes, rather like the person she thinks she owns, I know).
Meanwhile, I am becoming just a little weary of the vet staff referring to her as “the little one”. Perhaps I’m being a touch over-sensitive, it just doesn’t seem to help.
The swimming does help. Well it helps me, she hates it. Off for more ploughing up and down the water right now.
BTW, I’m preaching to the gathered Diocese of Brechin tomorrow evening. Six pm in St Paul’s Cathedral in Dundee for Choral Evensong for Alexander Penrose Forbes day. And don’t tell me you’ve never heard of Alexander Penrose Forbes either.
Oh, but I most definitely have heard of Alexander Penrose Forbes, and his annual Diocesan Evensong in Dundee.
Deepest sympathies about the vet staff.
Well I have now, but has anyone heard of Aberdeen’s own Hero of the Faith, Fr John Comper?
I also did my own Evensong to commemerate Alexander Penrose Forbes! Sung all the way through… apart from the readings. And lots of incencse.
Sorry to hear about the ill-health of Tilly. I trust that her health is restored.
