   Thanks very much for this great link Kelvin – it’s a powerful article all right and so are some of the comments that have been added. I think the depth of some of the comments shows just how much the church is perceived as being out of touch and in fact deeply despised by people in the community at large. We need to see and read them to remind us of where we are. To me they indicate what is perhaps the most worrying apsect of this whole debate – namely that we in the institutional churches are seen as having lost our way and that the twin pillars of Rome and George Street are collapsing in the public estimation – and maybe we are too!
