I’ve been away from St Mary’s for the last week or so travelling, so no time to write much. However, I did take a lot of photographs and thought I would post one or two things here which made me think. As usual, comments welcome.

welcome back Kelvin. I’ve a suggestion for you re. the sermon’s you post here. Would it be possible to include details of the readings for that sunday; or can you direct me to a site that would give the readings in the Anglican cycle? I really enjoyed reading the sermon for 1st June but do not know what passage from Romans you are refering to. The historical weight you put behind it in reference to the reformation makes it something i’m intrigued by.

I’ve mentioned before the phenomena of getting just about any group of Scottish Episcopalians together and asking them what our church is about. The answers are always the same – good worship and being an inclusive church. (Interestingly,…

West End Festival
I hasted to Kelvingrove (bonnie lassie-o) yesterday afternoon for the big event of the West End Festival. The park was looking lovely in the sun. Actually, I hasted to Kelvingrove (bonnie lassie-o) twice. I went down once in my dog collar to smile and nod my way through the crowd and speak to people on…
