    pinch of salt
    2 large heggs
    200 ml milk
    75 ml water
    50g melted butter

    Method:
    Sieve
    Whizz
    Fry

    Oh, and I nearly forgot, I passed through a very large crowd of people celebrating the launch of a new film the other night in Leicester Square as its stars arrived for the Premiere. Harry Something or Other and a Goblet, I think it was.
