‘Gentle application of holy water’? Get her to drink it and that should kill off any bacteria. If that fails let me know and I can send you one of St Rita’s rose petals and you could make a fragrant nosegay for her. That should do the trick. -

I fear that a fragrant nosegay might be more difficult to apply for any period of time than the recent eyedrops which gave both she and I so much entertainment.

“Just put this cream on her eye twice a day for five days….” What fun to have a vet with such an extraordinarily well developed sense of humour. I bet he lies awake chuckling at night at the instructions he has given people during the day.

Arrived back today. Just found out that several of my websites, though not this one, had been defaced by cybervandals whilst I was away. One really does wonder why sometimes.
