• Forum with John Curtice

    I was in conversation with Prof John Curtice about the General Election after the Sung Eucharist this morning.

    We touched on what might happen at the election, how a UK government is actually formed, will proportional representation ever happen, will the SNP propose another referendum next year and what it is like being John Curtice in the middle of all this.

    Motion 12 is now presented on Sstatement of Principles regarding Environmental Sustainability.

      Is offered to sustain thinking regarding the environment. As an organization we need assurance that this issue is being taken seriously and with intent throughout the church. Need to decide locally how best to proceed in this area.

      Amendment presented by David Mumford to replace reference to increasing population with one regarding increasing Carbon Footprint.
