Hi, my favourite was Noggin the Nog, one of my earliest memories. My husband’s was Torchy the battery boy. Anybody remember Rag, Tag And Bobtail.
Goodness, am I the only Bagpuss fan at St Mary’s? Such a great treat when I was younger, and now I have the whole lot on video. I love the simple, elegant stories and of course the giving kindness of Bagpuss and all his friends. I think the choir should practice imitating the magical, mystical, mouse organ!
I’m not sure where the energy came from for last night’s evensong. I was beyond speech, but somehow managed to sing the Rose responses as though I knew them.
