A very good online resource for the Exsultet can be found on Fr Simon Rundell's excellent website: http://www.hlyspirit.org.uk/cms/index.php/Exsaltet/15/0/There you can download the Exsultet in MP3 format (4.73 MB), and also a printed copy in four-stave 'monastic' plainchant notation, in PDF (65 KB). This is the version I sang last year, and will sing again this Easter Vigil. I found the MP3 useful — like Exsultet Karaoke!

I should also have said that Resurrexit, like its sisters, Laudate and Veni Emmanuel, are excellent resource collections (not always very well typeset or proofread — but, hey, that’s my hangup!).
I haven’t had an opportunity to see Cantate yet.
