I have not commented on the nonsense of the Nairobi-Cairo Proposals becsue I knew they were written from a deep ignorance of the reality of the Anglican Communion and would be rejected.
I wish I could have been with you it is so inspiring.
As ever you write with such beauty about a beautiful mystery. The Anglican Communion is so flawed and imperfect, it has no great internal logic, but it is saved by our God who loves friendship (bonds of affection/konoina/loving your neighbour who can be a ‘Samaritan).

Today is the last day to register to vote in the Upcoming General Election. I recorded an interview with the Beeb last week in which I said I never tell people how to vote, but I do encourage people to make sure that they do vote. If people like us don’t vote, other people will!…
Sorry I’ve not been keeping up this week. It was off to the North West of England for me to got to the Deans’ Conference. (Cathedral Provosts are called Deans in Englandshire, Diocesan Deans are called Archdeacons). Its the third one I’ve been to and this time it was the easiest to get to, fortunately.…
