    Hi, my favourite was Noggin the Nog, one of my earliest memories. My husband’s was Torchy the battery boy. Anybody remember Rag, Tag And Bobtail.

    Goodness, am I the only Bagpuss fan at St Mary’s? Such a great treat when I was younger, and now I have the whole lot on video. I love the simple, elegant stories and of course the giving kindness of Bagpuss and all his friends. I think the choir should practice imitating the magical, mystical, mouse organ!

  • What are these tardises?

    [Is tardises the correct plural of tardis?] Anyone know what the strange tardis-like aluminium things are that are appearing on the streets of Glasgow? There is one not far from here and another on St George’s Road. I keep expecting the Doctor to appear from one of them. Mind, I’ve never been a Dr Who…
