It was good. I knew it was good. Others knew it was good. You knew it was good. Therefore there was no need to comment.
This does not mean that the good goes unnoticed. I now know that you are good but it did not take a pictorial image to tell me so. -

Yes, Michael Hare-Duke really didn't like it. See – http://www.edinburghnews.com/index.cfm?id=1409042003I think that his point that we should not be dressing Jesus up in a Santa outfit was rather impeded by his being pictured dressed as a pantomime bishop.
