Yes there has been a response to the letter from the Primus. Not sure how to attach the copy to this post but it does exist.

Provincial Conference Cancelled
I’m sorry to hear that the Scottish Episcopal Church’s Provincial Conference which had been planned for October this year has been cancelled.
