I am in a Civil Partnership in London, and am a dual US/UK citizen. I have also just turned 62, and am applying for my US Social Security pension. One question on the form is: Are you married? We are intending to convert the partnership into a marriage at the earliest possible time but are legally not married at the moment. Thus this question is complicated.
